Reserving an Apartment

To reserve an apartment, a $500 security deposit is required with exception to preferred employers which are listed below. Deposits are refundable for three of our business days, which includes Saturdays. After this time, should you choose not to live here, your deposit will be forfeited. Otherwise, the amount is refundable less a $50 administrative fee upon completion of your Lease Term, proper 60-day written notice, and excellent condition of surrendered apartment.  All payments must made out to Southeast Management Company and in the form of a check or money order.
